Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. Patients with life expectancy >= 6 months; 3. Patients with body fat ratio (BMI) >= 18 kg / m2; 4. Patients with the ability and willingness to complete the research project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who participated in other aerobic or resistance training before this study; 2. Patients with other serious diseases affecting resistance training.
