Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of type II diabetes was clear in the patients aged 18-75 years; 2. From 2017 to 2019, the patients with diabetic retinopathy with large area without perfusion area were confirmed by fluorescein angiography in our hospital. Large area non perfusion is defined as the non perfusion area of retinal capillaries which are widely distributed and fused in the process of fluorescein angiography.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with congenital diseases affecting retinal vascular development; 2. Patients with other eye diseases that seriously affect vision or retinal circulation, such as retinal vein or artery occlusion, retinitis pigmentosa, glaucoma, etc.; 3. Patients with previous history of serious ocular trauma or retinal laser or surgery;
