Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At the time of signing the informed consent, at least 18 to 60 years old (including both ends); 2. Patients who meet the indications of laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy and perform laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy; 3. Patients who can understand and sign the informed consent, if they are illiterate, they need to press the fingerprint; 4. Patients without diabetes; 5. Patients who can eat regularly according to the requirements of the case manager and come to the hospital for reexamination half a year after the operation; 6. Patients who meet the indications of high-resolution manometry, eliminate the contraindications and correctly complete the preparation before high-resolution manometry.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiopulmonary insufficiency and high risk of operation; 2. Patients with esophageal motor dysfunction before operation; 3. Patients with mental disorders that may affect clinical studies, including dementia, episodic psychosis, severe depression, or a history of attempted suicide.
