Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly admitted stroke patients; 2. Aged 35-85 years, gender unlimited; 3. stable condition, novel coronavirus pneumonia negative; 4. GCS critical score >= 9, the patient is out of coma; 5. PVS critical score >= 10, patients are out of vegetative state.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The disease may endanger the patient's life at any time; 2. Patients whose vital signs are unstable and need immediate rescue or timely and continuous monitoring, such as recurrent stroke, cerebral hernia, aortic dissection, acute myocardial infarction, acute heart failure, hypertensive crisis, hyperosmotic coma, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, malignant arrhythmia, acute renal failure, status epilepticus, sepsis, respiratory failure, etc., need ventilator-assisted ventilation.
