Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For the patients admitted to the hospital for emergency trauma, the trauma time shall not exceed 24 hours; 2. Patients over 18 years old; 3. Patients with stable emotions who can understand and agree to join the study; 4. The patient who is stable, can cooperate with answering questions and complete the questionnaire effectively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who were comatose for more than 24 hours after severe trauma; 2. Patients with serious basic diseases such as multiple organ failure and malignant tumor; 3. Patients with previous blood system diseases; 4. Patients with a history of serious mental illness or history of taking psychotropic drugs; 5. Full time personnel with psychotherapy records or previous psychological training, such as doctors and soldiers; 6. Patients who dropped out of the study.
