Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 40 -75 years old; 2. Disease group (stroke group and stroke with hypertension group): for patients with acute stroke like onset, CT / MRI and other related examinations should be completed after admission, and they should be admitted within 48 hours after the onset; 3. Control group (hypertension group and healthy group): the control group of this study comes from the randomly matched physical examination population according to age and gender in the same period. All the subjects completed the free neck vascular ultrasound, TCD and the related risk factors of stroke under the support of the project, and excluded the past stroke history by questionnaire or on-site inquiry. 4. The disease group and the control group were divided into two groups according to "whether there is hypertension" and the criteria for determining whether there is hypertension: in the absence of antihypertensive drugs, the systolic blood pressure in the non same day sitting position with continuous or more than three times of blood pressure >= 140mmHg And (or) diastolic blood pressure >= 90mmHg; the patient has a history of hypertension, and is currently using antihypertensive drugs. Even if blood pressure <= 140 / 90mmHg, it is also diagnosed as elderly hypertension. 5. Patients who sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with evidence of other organ failure (liver failure, renal failure, heart failure, severe pulmonary infection or gastrointestinal bleeding); 2. Patients with autoimmune diseases, immunodeficiency syndrome and tumor; 3. Patients with peripheral vascular diseases or peripheral vascular embolic diseases; 4. Patients with previous stroke history (cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, etc.); 5. Patients with chronic inflammation, chronic gastrointestinal dysfunction, diarrhea or other gastrointestinal diseases in recent 4 weeks; 6. People taking antibiotics, steroids and microecological agents in the past 1 month; 7. People with severe infection and other stress conditions; 8. Patients with allergic history to antihypertensive drugs; 9. Patients whose important content of case investigation is vacant and affects statistical analysis; 10. The imaging data of the disease group showed that the patients with intracranial hemorrhage (the transformation of hemorrhage after infarction was not excluded), or had sclerosis and intracranial tumor; 11. Those who refused to provide fecal samples for the study or who were unwilling to participate in the study after signing the consent.
