Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 18 years; 2. Patients undergoing abdominal operation; 3. Patients who have sufficient cognitive ability and are able to use the digital scoring method to score their own pain; 4. Patients without delirium before operation; 5. Patients and their families have a clear understanding of the study and voluntarily participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with postoperative survival time less than 5 days; 2. Patients who were in coma and lasted for more than 5 days after operation; 3. Patients who have not planned to reoperate within 5 days after operation; 4. Patients with postoperative hospital stay less than 5 days; 5. Patients with dementia, depression and schizophrenia before operation; 6. Patients with hearing and language disorders and inability to communicate; 7. Patients with hepatic encephalopathy.
