Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) female patients with breast cancer diagnosed by clinicopathology and admitted to hospital for the first time, who are about to receive surgical treatment. (2) aged > 18 years. (3) patients with axillary lymph nodes to be dissected during modified radical surgery. (4) able to surf the Internet and use social software such as WeChat. (5) after knowing the condition, signing the informed consent. (6) normal vision.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients diagnosed by frozen section as benign breast tumors without modified radical resection. (2) patients with recurrent breast cancer or cancer metastasis during the intervention. (3) breast reconstruction with latissimus dorsi skin flap or skin graft. (4) patients with poor cognitive mental status and other major diseases. (5) patients with preoperative limb trauma, motor or sensory dysfunction.
