Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age of patients >= 18 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed as idiopathic cryptogenic anal fistula; 3. Patients who voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with any contraindications of MRI; 2. The patient's compliance was poor and the examination could not be completed. (if any of the above criteria is met, it cannot be selected)
