Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Alzheimer's disease and mild cognitive impairment in DSM-V; 2. Patients who voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of severe physical or cerebral organic disease and a history of craniocerebral trauma; 2. The experimenter did not cooperate or could not effectively complete the examination; 3. With cardiac pacemaker, insulin pump, artificial heart valve and other metal in the body.
