Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. High dislocation dysplasia of hip; 2. Including patients with Crowe type IV dysplasia of the hip (based on the degree of proximal femoral head upward displacement on the anterior and posterior X-ray films of the pelvis, the vertical distance between the medial junction of the femoral head and the tear drop line was measured to be greater than 20% of the vertical height of the pelvis); 3. Cases with coxa vara, epiphysis slippage and previous suppurative hip arthritis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acetabulum cup placed in non anatomic position; 2. Cases without total hip replacement; 3. Those cases with only one side operation in bilateral.
