Various diseases undergoing abdominal surgery

Interventions

Kefir group:On the basis of conventional postoperative treatment, oral or nutritional tube (gastric or enteral nutritional tube) infusion of kefir will be started on the first day after surgery, once
Control group:After conventional treatment, enteral and parenteral nutrition can be performed, but Kefir or other probiotic products are not used.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients undergoing abdominal surgical operations such as stomach, intestine, liver, gallbladder and pancreas; 2. Patients who obtained informed consent and participated in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who can only receive parenteral nutrition after surgery.
