Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients aged 18-40 years old have completed their growth and development, and their jaws have no growth potential; 2. Patients diagnosed as skeletal Class III malocclusion and skeletal Class II malocclusion need orthognathic surgery. 3. Patients with simple jaw deformity; 4. Patients with bimaxillary surgery; 5. Patients with no history of orthodontic treatment or other maxillofacial operations before treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with skeletal Class III malocclusion and cleft lip and palate associated with various syndromes; 2. Patients with obstructive sleep disordered breathing disease and treatment history; 3. Patients with serious systemic diseases or other syndromes; 4. Patients with history of oral and maxillofacial trauma and operation; 5. Patients with BMI > 35.
