Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stage T1, T2 laryngeal cancer and hypopharyngeal cancer, no or suspected cervical lymph node and distant lymph node metastasis; 2. The first case, the first time in our department to receive surgery; 3. Aged between 18 and 80 years; 4. There was no obvious contraindication of operation and operation in the whole body; 5. There was no second cancer in the whole body; 6. The basic condition of the whole body is good, and there is no special abnormality of liver and kidney function (glomerular filtration rate > 20ml / min, non renal failure stage; the improved stage of liver function is B grade or above); 7. Cooperate with doctors and follow-up, good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Besides the throat, with "double cancer"; 2. Pregnant or nursing; 3. It has serious damage of liver and kidney function and cannot tolerate operation and anesthesia; 4. The first case, who received radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the throat; 5. TNM stage of hypopharyngeal carcinoma of larynx is T3, T4 stage with lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis; 6. Other circumstances that may cause the test to be impossible.
