Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria of stroke as revised by the Fourth Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference of the Chinese Medical Association in 1995, or meets the criteria for high-risk populations of stroke (previous stroke or transient ischemic attack) Medical history, or patients with the following >=3 risk factors: hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, atrial fibrillation or valvular heart disease, family history of stroke, smoking, overweight, lack of physical exercise); 2. With OA treatment indications : Patients with simple snoring and mild to moderate OSAHS, especially those with mandibular retraction; 3. Those who have been diagnosed with OSAHS by PSG examination and are willing to cooperate with PSG monitoring and follow-up follow-up; 4. Those who have bilateral temporal windows with good sound transmission and can clearly show the cerebral blood flow spectrum; 5. Those who have no serious heart and lung disease and can cooperate to complete the inspection; 6. Those with natural or restored dentition intact or no more than two missing teeth per quadrant to ensure the retention of oral appliances; 7. Males and females, aged 40 to 70 years; 8. BMI 22 to 30 kg /m3.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous diagnosis of OSAHS and related treatment (such as CPAP treatment, surgical treatment, etc.); 2. Those with mental illness, epilepsy, or consciousness and cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate with the examination; 3. Suffering from serious medical diseases such as heart, lung, kidney and liver; 4. The expected survival period is too short (<=1 year); 5. Suffering from severe periodontal disease, temporomandibular joint disease and small jaw deformity; 6. There are airway obstructions caused by abnormal anatomical structure of the nasopharynx or pathological factors, such as the oral cavity is filled with soft tissues, and the airway transverse diameter cannot be improved by mandibular advancement.
