Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The schizophrenia group comes from the outpatient or inpatients of The Fourth Peoples Hospital of Zhang-Jia-Gang: 1. according to the fourth edition of The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV) and the tenth edition of the International Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD-10) Diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia; 2. patients who did not take antipsychotic drugs or stopped treatment for more than 6 months before enrollment; 3. aged 18 to 45 years; 4. total score of positive and negative symptoms scale (PANSS) >=60 point. The control group came from community health volunteers in Zhang'jia'gang City: 1. After detailed interviews and complete physical and laboratory examinations, it was confirmed that there were no major physical diseases or genetic diseases; 2. Age, gender match with case group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) current or previous diagnosis of other mental illnesses in accordance with ICD-10 in addition to schizophrenia; (2) chronic organic diseases of the central nervous system; (3) risk of suicide or self-mutilation, Or other corresponding characteristics; (4) history of gastrointestinal surgery, or there may be conditions that may interfere with the absorption, distribution, metabolism, or excretion of the drug; (5) use of long-acting antipsychotic drugs within the past month and have received electroconvulsive shock Treatment (MECT), or transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy; (6) Severe physical diseases; (7) Women during pregnancy and lactation. Exclusion criteria for the healthy control group: 1. have a history of mental illness and family history of mental illness; 2. have a history of hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and other chronic diseases; 3. history of drug use or alcohol dependence; 4. women during pregnancy and lactation.
