Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing frozen-thawed embryo transfer in this cycle; 2. Two consecutive cycles failure of embryo implantation, or canceling more than two cycles due to poor endometrial morphology; 3. The thickness of the endometrium in Hormone replacement cycles with estradiol valerate at a maximum dose of 8 mg/day, more than 10 days, or on the day of ovulation stimulation in natural cycle or in ovulation cycle is less than or equal to 7 mm; 4. No congenital or other systemic diseases which prevent the endometrial development.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intrauterine adhesions, submucosal myoma, endometrial polyps diagnosed by B-ultrasound or hysteroscopy without surgical treatment; 2. Patients failed after thawed embryo transfer with any other definite factors, such as poor embryo quality and Uterine malformation; 3. Contraindications: patients with acute inflammation, severe allergic constitution, severe liver, kidney, heart and lung dysfunction.
