Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients pursued preimplantation genetic testing (including PGS and PGD) at Reproductive Medicine Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from 2018 to 2019 with mosaic embryos in the test results.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with mosaic embryos involved 5 or more chromosomes or were unwilling to participate in this study.
