Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 7-14 years old adolescent patients 2. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with other ophthalmic diseases except ametropia. 2. with a history of eye surgery. 3. have diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and other systemic diseases.
