Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=60 years old without significant visual and hearing impairment; 2. meet the diagnostic criteria of MCI proposed by Petersen et al., including: (1) subjectively report a decline in memory or cognitive function, or an insider provides relative information; (2) the memory function (or other cognitive function) impairment which was not consistent with age and education level was shown in the objective test, and the (MoCA) score of Montreal Cognitive Assessment scale was less than 26 points. 3The overall cognitive function was relatively intact, and the (MMSE) score of Mini Mental State scale >=24; (4) the basic function of daily life was not affected, that is, the (ADL) score of the activities of daily living scale =26; (4) those with clear consciousness and clear language expression; (5) voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent form after informed consent; (6) Huzhou residents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) those with a history of severe head trauma; (2) those with a history of severe depression, anxiety, mania and other mental disorders; (3) patients taking cognitive enhancers, antidepressants or alcohol dependence; (4) patients with vascular dementia, stroke, Parkinson's disease, acute psychosis, mental retardation or traumatic brain injury; (5) there are other nervous system diseases and serious medical diseases that can cause brain dysfunction; (VI) those who have conducted meditation training or other relaxation techniques and psychotherapy in the past year; (7) have participated or are participating in other related researchers.
