18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged between 18 and 80 years patients under go routine esophagogastroduodenoscopy examination; (2) patients able to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with the contraindications to EGD examination; (2) a history of upper gastrointestinal cancers or upper gastrointestinal surgery; (3) allergic to anaesthetics in previous medical history; (4) patients refused to participate in the trial; (5) the EGD procedure cannot be completed due to stenosis, obstruction, solid food, or complications of anaesthesia.
