Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of Parkinson's disease in accordance with the 2015 MDS clinical diagnostic criteria; 2. QUIP-RS score = 0; 3. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary Parkinson's syndrome or Parkinson-Plus Syndrome due to vascular factors, toxins, drugs, etc.; 2. Previous intracranial surgery (including nerve nucleus destruction and deep brain stimulation); 3. Combining unconsciousness, severe coronary heart disease, diabetes, liver and kidney disease, and severe vision and hearing impairment; 4. Taking antidepressants without diagnosis of depressive symptoms, and GDS-15 score <= 7.
