Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 18 years old; 2. Have been diagnosed as asthma; 3. Have the ability to read Chinese; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have other chronic respiratory diseases; 2. Have the cognitive impairment.
