Interventions

1:No cervical collars wearing
2:Wearing cervical collars for 3 weeks
3:Wearing cervical collars for 6 weeks
4:Wearing cervical collars for 12 weeks

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 and 60 years; 2. Patients with continuous double / multi-level cervical hybrid; 3. Patients willing to follow the study plan and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic metabolic diseases; 2. Patients with severe osteoporosis; 3. patients who can not complete the follow-up plan, such as patients with mental illness or vulnerable groups; 4. Patients with unstable or abnormal anatomy of cervical spine or severe stenosis of cervical spinal canal on imaging; 5. Patients who have been operated on for cervical vertebrae; 6. Patients with trauma, infection and tumor; 7. Patients with metal allergy; 8. Patients who are participating in other research projects.
