Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients undergoing major orthopedic surgery with general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous mental history and current nervous system diseases; 2. Patients with positive physical signs in nervous system examination; 3. The left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) was less than 40%; 4. Patients who refused / failed to complete the preoperative cognitive function test; 5. MMSE score (Full Score: 30): illiterate < 17, primary < 20, middle school and above < 24.
