18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-65 years; 2. Patients with ASA grade I-II; 3. Patients with selective laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with abnormal coagulation before operation; 2. Patients with skin infection and damage at the puncture site; 3. Patients with BMI 30 kg / m2; 4. Patients with bradycardia, atrioventricular block and cardiac insufficiency; 5. Patients who are allergic to ropivacaine and dexmedetomidine; 6. Patients with serious damage to liver and kidney function; 7. Patients with a history of chronic pain.
