Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of patients with ischemic stroke is in line with the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke in China cerebrovascular disease classification 2015; 2. Patients with stable coronary heart disease should meet the following requirements: Patients with asymptomatic, chronic stable angina or acute coronary syndrome whose condition is stable for more than one month; 3. Patients with cognitive impairment need to meet the following requirements: Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale score =18 years old who is in the recovery period of the first stroke and the course of the stroke more than 14 days; 5. Patients without cognitive impairment, dementia and mental diseases before the onset of this disease; 6. Patients who voluntarily participated in and cooperated with the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cerebral hemorrhage caused by other factors such as subarachnoid hemorrhage and intracranial hemorrhage caused by trauma; 2. Patients with other serious diseases such as serious coronary heart disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, mental and neurological diseases; 3. Patients with delirious mind, anxiety and depression; 4. Patients who are unable to cooperate with relevant examinations.
