Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who choose to have open gastrointestinal surgery on upper abdomen; 2. Elderly patients aged 65-85 years; 3. Patients with ASA grade I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with bradycardia, atrioventricular block, hypotension, abnormal coagulation function, nervous system disease, heart function, liver and kidney function abnormality, immune system disease, serious endocrine disease, serious hearing or visual impairment can not communicate effectively; 2. Those patients with peripheral neuropathy or sensory abnormality of innervated skin area; 3. Patients who are allergic to anesthetics or nasids; 4. Patients who participated in other clinical trials in the first three months of this study were selected; 5. Patients with a history of chronic pain; 6. Long term use of opioids or NASIDs.
