Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The subjects should meet the following criteria: 1. Signed informed consent form with date. 2. Promise to abide by the research procedure and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process research. 3. Aged 20-80 years, regardless of gender. 4. Patients or healthy people who have been genetically verified as DM1
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded from this study: 1. To install a specific device, such as a pacemaker; 2. There are other diseases that affect myasthenia gravis, such as myositis, myasthenia gravis, peripheral neuropathy, etc.; 3. There are other conditions that affect sleep, such as mental factors; 4. There are concomitant diseases that seriously affect health, such as tumors, severe abnormalities of liver and kidney function, and so on; 5. At the same time, those who participated in other clinical trials related to / not related to this clinical trial; 6. Unable to complete the questionnaire evaluator independently.
