Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective abdominal surgery; 2. Patients with malignant tumor aged more than 60 under general anesthesia; 3. Hospitalization time >= 2 days; 4. Operation time (from the beginning of anesthesia to the end of suture) >= 2 hours; 5. POSPOM score was between 30 and 40; 6. Intravenous anesthesia was used in the maintenance phase of anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The intended surgical operation or patient position cannot be monitored using Bis, or patients who need to be awakened during surgery; 2. The anesthesia maintenance type is not intravenous anesthesia; 3. Patients who took other test drugs or participated in other clinical trials 3 months before enrollment; 4. Any Patients who disagree with or cooperate with the study or the investigators consider him(her) inappropriate to be included in this trial.
