Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Consistent with the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases (Revised 2013) issued by the Ministry of Health and diagnosed as COPD patients according to the GOLD guidelines (2013 version) by pulmonary function tests; 2. Mobile phones will be used; 3. willing to cooperate with the health check results as required; 4. voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. obvious mental and psychological problems, cognitive problems, no civil capacity; 2. Participated in other interventions.
