Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent emergent or elective transapical TAVI under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation at the West China Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded if they received emergent intubation before procedure. Patients undergoing conversion to thoracotomy were excluded. In case of incomplete or missing data were also excluded from this study.
