18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-60 years, regardless of gender; 2. CTA / DSA / MRA confirmed the diagnosis of single intracranial aneurysm; 3. Patients who underwent aneurysm clipping within 24 hours after admission; 4. Patients and their families have informed consent and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hunt Hess V patients; 2. Patients with previous intracranial inflammation, hemorrhage or tumor and other diseases; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, diabetes mellitus, hypoimmunity, coagulation dysfunction, etc; 4. Patients with abnormal discharge due to rebleeding, death, abandonment of treatment and other reasons; 5. Patients with ruptured intracranial multiple aneurysms; 6. Patients with CVs within 72 hours after operation; 7. Patients who lack the consent of family members to participate in clinical trials or patients' participation in other clinical trials.
