15 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 15 years and over with thoracic disc disease; 2. Patients with complete CT and MRI examination of thoracic spine before operation; 3. Patients with complete medical records. 4. Patients with more than 40% of the ventral TDH spinal canal invasion rate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diffuse idiopathic hyperosteogeny; 2. Spinal infection; 3. Compression fracture of spine; 4. Spinal malignant tumor; 5. Thoracic kyphosis, scoliosis and rotational deformity.
