Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Community resident, aged 65 and above; 2. Participants who had informed consent, voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent of the subjects; 3. Participants who are able to complete the scale evaluation and physical examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who meet any of the following criteria will not be able to participate in this study: 1. Patients whose life expectancy is limited (< 6 months) due to critical condition or advanced tumor; 2. Patients with severe cognitive impairment diagnosed by hospitals above grade II.
