Group Dexme:Intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine 1ug/kg (30min)
Group Dexma:Intravenous infusion of dexamethasone 8mg (30min)
Group Dexme+Dexma:Intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine 1ug/kg and dexamethasone 8mg (30min)

Age
35 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients who choose to undergo radical mastectomy; 2. Patients with ASA grades I to II; 3. Patients aged 35-50 and weighing 45-60kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients were treated with antiemetic and corticosteroid 24 hours before operation; 2. Patients whose glutamyltransferase, creatinine and urea nitrogen were 2 times higher than normal; 3. Patients who are allergic to dexmedetomidine and non steroidal analgesics; 4. Patients with sinus bradycardia or atrioventricular block; 5. Patients with functional adrenal tumors, including Cushing's syndrome, primary aldosteronism and pheochromocytoma; 6. Pregnant women, obesity [body mass index (BMI) > 34kg/m2]; 7. Diabetic patients; 8. Patients with gastroduodenal ulcer; 9. Patients who cannot cooperate.
