Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. The patients diagnosed as cancer were admitted to hospital for the first time; 3. Patients with DT >= 4 or hospital anxiety or depression subscale >= 9; 4. Patients whose life expectancy is more than one year; 5. Patients with clear mind; 6. Patients with Chinese reading and writing ability (junior high school education or above); 7. Patients who agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have a history of mental illness, hearing impairment, communication impairment, etc. and are unable to complete the questionnaire survey; 2. Patients who have received psychological consultation or psychotherapy within 3 months; 3. Patients taking anti anxiety and depression drugs; 4. Patients unable to walk; 5. Patients who have regular physical exercises.
