Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the standard of Chinese medicine industry standard of the people's Republic of China and the diagnostic efficacy standard of anorectal diseases issued by the Department of medical administration of the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine in 2012, the diagnostic standard of "anal carbuncle" was formulated, and the patients who were diagnosed as ischiorectal abscess by perianal MRI were included; 2. Patients between the ages of 18-65, regardless of gender; 3. Obtain informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with specific anal fistula such as tuberculosis and Crohn's disease; 2. Patients with colorectal cancer, ulcerative colitis and other anorectal diseases; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Patients with heart failure, myocardial infarction, hepatorenal insufficiency, leukemia, coagulation dysfunction, tumor and psychosis; 5. Immunosuppressive and immunodeficient patients;
