Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >=50 years; 2. The patient was admitted to a medical institution for a new osteoporotic fracture (within 8 weeks); 3. No osteoporosis medication was received within 3 months; 4. Agree to be a subject of this study and sign an informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The fracture is caused by Non-low energy trauma or cancer; 2. For hip fractures, atypical femoral fractures should be excluded; 3. Unwilling to go to the clinic for evaluation and treatment of osteoporosis; 4. Participate in other clinical drug intervention studies; 5. Patients suffering from diseases of important organs or incapacity to be evaluated by doctors or co-ordinators.
