Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing pulmonary tumor resection under general anesthesia; 2. for adrenal glucocorticoid or for any component in hormone formula no allergy; 3. Non-hormone replacement therapy patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to glucocorticoid drugs; 2. Mental history; 3. epilepsy; 4. Active peptic ulcer; 5. After recent gastrointestinal anastomosis; 6. Fracture; 7. Trauma repair period; 8. Herpes simplex keratitis, conjunctivitis, ulcerative keratitis and corneal ulcer; 9. Severe hypertension (Stage III and above); 10. Severe diabetes (plasma glucose level >=10); 11. Uncontrolled infections (e.g. chicken pox, fungal infection); 12. Active tuberculosis; 13. Osteoporosis; 14. Early pregnancy and puerperium.
