Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II, age 2-8, undergoing tonsillectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with the history of developmental delay, cardiac disorder, psychological disorder,epilepsy, bleeding and communication disorder and allergy to study medications
