Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) nursing graduates without clinical work experience (except clinical internship); (2)haven't had any similar stress management program among newly graduated nurses; (3) are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) newly graduated nurses who works in supply department, clinical lab and other logistics department; (2) newly graduated nurses who requires to quit from the study.
