14 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary asthma and severe asthma who meet the 2019 GINA guidelines for asthma diagnosis standard; 2. Healthy volunteers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects smoking more than 10 packs; 2. Patients with respiratory tract infection within 4 weeks before the trial; 3. Patients with other respiratory diseases, including but not limited to tuberculosis, bronchiectasis, lung tumor and other diseases; 4. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction or serious diseases of other systems (such as metabolism, immunity, nerves and blood); 5. Pregnant and lactating women.
