Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes included in 900 hospitals of the joint service support force, including normal albuminuria group, microalbuminuria group and macroalbuminuria group. 2. According to the diagnostic criteria of the World Health Organization in 1999, the patients were diagnosed as type 2 diabetes. 3. Clinically, through continuous high ACR >= 30 mg / g and / or EGFR < 60 ml / min/ one point seven three A continuous decrease in M2 was identified in patients with diabetic nephropathy.

Exclusion criteria
