Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with one or more clinical symptoms of headache, mental disorder, cognitive decline, TIA or cerebral infarction; 2. In the patients with white matter lesions or subcortical infarction, the lesions involved temporal pole and external capsule; 3. The patients with hungry granules were observed under the skin biopsy electron microscope; 4. Patients with mutations in the Notch3 gene on chromosome 19

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Objects with incomplete data; 2. Patients with autoimmune diseases; 3. Patients with severe consciousness disorder (drowsiness, coma); 4. Patients with brain hernia and status epilepticus; 5. Critically ill patients: unstable vital signs (respiration, blood pressure, blood oxygen, heart rate, etc.) and / or multiple organ dysfunction; 6. Patients with infection, infectious disease, myocardial infarction (within 3 months), chronic renal insufficiency, abnormal liver function, diabetic blood glucose difficult to control or serious neurovascular complications, and other visceral function intolerable; 7. Patients with other neurological diseases, dementia or mental diseases affecting compliance and evaluation before onset; 8. Tumor patients; 9. Patients with abnormal blood system: HGB < 90g/L, WBC<4x10^9/L, PLT <100x10^9/L; or coagulation disorder; 10. Patients with allergic constitution; 11. Pregnant or lactating women.
