Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Breast lesions should be within 4cm of the probe depth; 2. Women over the age of 18, regardless of race; 3. Patients with stage III or stage IIB breast cancer who are to undergo neoadjuvant chemotherapy; 4. Patients who can understand and are willing to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with breast lesions found by clinical examination, CT or MRI, but the lesions could not be shown by ultrasound; 3. Patients with ipsilateral mammary gland who have had surgery or prosthesis implantation; 4. Patients who have received radiotherapy or chemotherapy for other tumors; 5. Patients who refuse biopsy or operation; 6. Patients with unstable clinical state, advanced disease or unpredictable clinical course.
