Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients aged from 18 to 65 years; 2) positive serum TPOAb ( > 34 IU/mL) or/and TGAb ( > 115 IU/mL); 3) diffuse thyroid disease and heterogeneous echogenicity on ultrasonography; 4) euthyroid HT (EH) or subclinical hypothyroid HT (SH); 5) newly diagnosed HT patients not receiving L-T4 replacement, immunomodulator, vitamins and other trace elements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) treatment with immune suppressors or modulators within one month; 2) other autoimmune diseases,e.g. systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE); 3) severe liver,kidney, GI tract, blood system, brain, circulation system; 4) pregnancy or lactation in women, or planning pregnancy within 6 months; 5) mental or nervous system disease not allowing to cooperate or take medication on time, and abuse of drugs or other substances; 6) malignant tumor; 7) allergy to the test drug; 8) surgery or other stressful conditions; 9) participation in another clinical trial.
