Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sepsis group :(1) patients were admitted to the emergency intensive care unit and met the diagnostic criteria of Sepsis 3.0; (2) aged >=18 years; (3) signed informed consent. Control group :(1) healthy volunteers;

Exclusion criteria: With other acute non-infectious organ function injury and shock
