18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 to 45 years old; 2. register in the hospital after 16 weeks of gestational age; 3. plan to visit antenatal clinic ang deliver in this hospital; 4. be well known of this research and willing to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. preexisting diabetes or developing GDM; 2. multiple pregnancy 3. primary metabolic disorders and primary diseases including respiratory system, nephrology or cardiology problems, active infectious diseases (including active hepatitis B, syphilis, AIDS, etc.).
