Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to ICU, APACHE II score> 8 points; 2. AKI patients diagnosed according to KDIGO criteria; age> 18 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure to recover from death or severe shock; 2. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction and end stage of malignant tumor; 3. End-stage renal disease (ESRD), patients with long-term maintenance dialysis;
